Terms & Conditions
A 50% non-refundable downpayment is required before design process can begin. The remaining balance is due upon final proofs submitted by the vendor and approved by the client. If the client chooses to cancel order before design has gone through printing, further payment is not required. If design has gone to print and the client chooses to cancel and has paid in full, the client is responsible for the material cost of the design.
Upon initial downpayment, the client receives up to three revisions for presented designs. Once finally approved and sent to printer, no further revisions can be made.
If the client is not satisfied with the printed design, we will do everything to make it right. Terms: If something is printed incorrectly, Something Blue Designs takes full responsibility for making revisions and reprints. If the client is not satisfied with the printed result based upon aesthetics, due to the proofing process, the client will receive no refund, and is required to pay for material cost of reprints.
Your privacy matters. Due to the nature of this business, various personal details including but not limited to: name, phone number, email, and payment is collected by Something Blue Designs. Other personal information may be given voluntarily (i.e. social media accounts, wedding website links, etc.) and is never shared with third-party participants.
Something Blue Designs partners with third-party entities such as Squarespace, Acuity Scheduling, and PayPal. Any information submitted and shared through Something Blue Designs website is logged by said entities. We encourage you to review the individual privacy policies of each analytics company.
