Shipping Terms

  • Processing Times: Our regular processing time is 5-10 business days. This can vary greatly during our busy seasons (Spring Break, Early Summer Break, & Halloween-New Years). Due to the volume that we receive between the months of October & January, please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery. If you need to receive your order quickly, please contact us for our current turn around time. Once shipped your order will take approximately 2-5 business days to deliver, depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout.
  • Rush orders are shipped out within 2 full business days and ship USPS Priority 2-3 mail. 2-3 day delivery is not guaranteed, especially around the holidays. If you need guaranteed delivery, please contact us to arrange for an alternate shipping method. We are located 2 hours outside of Orlando and make frequent trips to Walt Disney World Resorts. If you need an order rushed to a Walt Disney World Resort, please contact us. In most cases there is no additional fee.
  • Deadlines: It is up to the customer to allow time for shipping delays within USPS or UPS. Please allow a 3-5 day cushion between your deadline and departure for your event. 

All items will be shipped via USPS First Class (if under a pound) or USPS Priority Mail unless other arrangements have been made. 

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number.  If you have any questions or concerns about shipping, please feel free to contact us at (352) 835-7515.
We are responsible for your order until it reaches the post office. Once your package has been tendered to the post office, we are not responsible for lost, held, delayed or damaged packages. We are unable to guarantee the delivery of any packages once it is in the hands of the United States Postal Service. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS. INSURANCE is available to add to any order, and is recommended for any order you can't afford to lose. If you do not purchase insurance and your item is lost or damaged, we can not provide a refund to you.If you are having trouble tracking your package with the tracking number we provide please contact USPS.
